WHO WE ARE

More than a product.
A manufacturing relationship.

ZONNGOO develops and manufactures portable charging products for customers who care about performance, appearance and a dependable path from idea to delivery.

Our product range brings together magnetic wireless power banks, compact built-in cable models and outdoor lighting formats across three battery series. That breadth allows a project to start with the right platform, rather than forcing every requirement into a single design.

For private-label brands, retailers and distribution partners, we connect product selection with customization, sample approval, manufacturing preparation and shipment requirements. The objective is straightforward: a clearly specified product, an agreed process and a team that understands the details.

INSIDE THE WORKSHOP

Where ideas take
their physical form.

Manufacturing capability is about the connection between processes: materials, housing, assembly, functional checks and packaging. We review those connections against the requirements of each project.

OEM & ODM CAPABILITY

Your identity.
Engineered into the details.

Customization starts with a practical conversation. Tell us what needs to change, who will use the product and what your market requires. We will separate available platform options from changes that require development.

01

Product platforms

Choose from all-solid-state, semi-solid-state lithium and lithium-polymer product series. Compare capacity, charging format, display and finish before selecting a platform.

02

Brand & appearance

Bring your logo, preferred colors, finish requirements and product artwork. We review feasibility against the selected model and agree on an approval sample.

03

Retail-ready packaging

Develop packaging around your sales channel, accessories and required market information. Artwork, labeling and pack-out details are agreed before production.

04

Engineering-led changes

For ODM projects, begin with a technical brief. Changes to housing, interfaces or charging functions require engineering review, sample validation and a confirmed project scope.

QUALITY IS PART OF THE BRIEF

Define the checks.
Then review the evidence.

We start by agreeing what matters for your order: appearance, logo placement, device compatibility, charging behavior, accessories and packaging. Model-specific quality requirements belong in the approval process, not in assumptions.

  • Incoming material and component requirements
  • Assembly and in-process inspection criteria
  • Functional and charging performance checks
  • Packaging, labeling and pre-shipment review

Applicable certification reports, battery transport documents and inspection scope should be confirmed for the exact model and destination market.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE PRODUCT

Good products start
with a connected team.

Manufacturing brings different skills together. Project communication, product engineering and production preparation all need to work from the same requirements.

We value clear handovers and practical conversations—whether we are reviewing your first sample or planning the next order.

GET TO KNOW ZONNGOO

Before we start working together.

Are you a power bank factory or a trading company?

ZONNGOO is a power bank manufacturer offering OEM and ODM customization. Discuss your chosen model and project scope with our team, or arrange a workshop visit to review the relevant manufacturing process.

What can you customize for our brand?

Logo placement, available colors, finishes, packaging and accessory configurations can be reviewed for OEM projects. ODM changes to the product structure or electrical functions are evaluated separately by the engineering team.

Can we visit the factory or arrange an inspection?

Contact us with your preferred visit date, models of interest and inspection requirements. We can discuss a visit agenda, sample review and the manufacturing or quality-control stages relevant to your project.

What should we prepare for a quotation?

Send the model or product requirements, quantity, target market, logo artwork, packaging needs and delivery destination. For a custom development project, include target devices, power profiles and any size or material constraints.

Which certifications and test reports can we request?

Ask for the documents covering the exact product configuration and destination market. Certification marks, battery chemistry claims and transport documentation should be checked against the relevant model and report scope.

What are your MOQ, lead time and warranty terms?

These depend on the model, customization, quantity and order agreement. Request a quotation that states the sample schedule, MOQ, production lead time, applicable warranty and support procedure.
