FROM FLAT ARTWORK TO A REAL PACKAGE

Make the design work
in three dimensions.

A beautiful layout is only part of the brief. Box dimensions, folds, inserts and print placement need to work together around the actual product.

  • Product and accessory fit
  • Artwork alignment, folds and safe areas
  • Legible copy and barcode placement
  • Surface finish and agreed color references
  • Opening, removal and pack-out sequence

PACKAGING DESIGN FAQ

Before we unfold your idea.

Can you design packaging for our own brand?+

Yes. ZONNGOO can discuss custom power bank packaging, including the box format, artwork, inserts, manuals and accessory arrangement. The exact scope is confirmed for your selected product and quantity.

Which packaging formats can we discuss?+

Retail folding cartons, sleeves, presentation boxes and gift-set formats can be reviewed. Structure, materials and finishes depend on product dimensions, budget, order volume and the packaging supplier’s confirmed capabilities.

Can you make the insert fit the power bank and cables?+

We can review the internal layout around the exact product and accessory list. A physical sample should confirm the fit, removal experience and how the components remain organized.

What artwork files do you need?+

Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF is preferred. Provide the logo, brand color references, final copy, language requirements and approved barcode assets. The production dieline and artwork specifications are agreed during review.

Can we approve the packaging before production?+

Discuss digital artwork approval and a physical packaging sample. Confirm dimensions, fit, color references, finish and the approved artwork revision before committing to production.

Can you include manuals, barcodes and market labels?+

These can be included in the packaging brief. Confirm the exact product configuration and destination-market requirements, and review all supplied text and code assets before artwork approval.

Is sustainable packaging available?+

Paper-based materials and alternative insert constructions can be discussed. Recycled content, recyclability and any certification claim must be supported for the actual material and destination market; no environmental performance is assumed from appearance alone.

What are the MOQ, cost and lead time?+

They depend on structure, material, printing, finishes, quantity and sample requirements. Share the product and packaging brief so we can confirm setup costs, sample fees, MOQ and timing in a quotation.
